These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Branch & Vine of AZ, LLC's RV Rental services.

BUSINESS INFORMATION

Branch & Vine of AZ, LLC is a Short-Term RV Rental, Vacation Stay Service based in the Phoenix valley that helps renters without a tow vehicle to get to a preapproved campsite, RV park, event location, or private property throughout various Arizona destinations. Costs include basic delivery, setup, and tear-down of our recreational vehicle (RVs). Additional charges are listed in Payment Terms section below.

RENTAL DESCRIPTION

Branch & Vine of AZ, LLC provides fully furnished RV accommodations for short-term stays.
• Delivered to an approved campsite, RV park, event location, or private property.
• Fully set up by Branch & Vine of AZ, LLC.
• Torn down and removed at the end of the rental period.
RV is stationary once owner sets up at the destination location. Guests renting the RV may not tow or relocate the RV for any means.

RENTAL PERIOD

Depicted by Check-In and Check-Out Dates. 1-week maximum (7-nights). Late check-out will incur additional fees.

PAYMENT TERMS

Rental Fee: Determined based on selected delivery location.
Delivery/Setup Fee: Determined based on selected delivery location.
Cleaning Fee: $80
Security Deposit: $150

Total Amount Due: Provided at reservation completion

OCCUPANCY LIMITS

Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
Only registered guests provided to Branch & Vine of AZ, LLC may stay overnight in the RV.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

Guests agree to keep the RV clean and in good condition, follow campground and local rules, supervise children and pets, and report any damages immediately.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

• Smoking or vaping inside the RV
• Illegal drug use
• Parties or large gatherings
• Excessive noise, including during quiet hours.
• Unauthorized pets
• Climbing on the roof
• Moving or towing the RV

PET POLICY

Pets (dogs) are approved if approved by the campsite, RV park, event location, or private property. Rental guests are responsible for all charges related to damage and cleanup caused by your pet. Any legal or local governance issues are the renters ressponsibility.

INTERNET ACCESS

Branch & Vine of AZ, LLC does not provide internet services. The destination campsite, RV park, event location, or private property may provide access (though not guaranteed). If these destinations do provide access, the credentials will be provided upon arrival. Disclaimer: Illegal usage and activity is not permitted on destination provided internet services. Renter takes full legalities of all browsing activities. If internet access is needed, renters should arrange their own starlink or cellular provider hotspot.

CLEANING AND DAMAGE

Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive trash, stains, odors, pet damage, smoking residue, or biohazards.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling 7 days or more before check-in date: Full refund of security deposit.
48-hours before check-in date: Security deposit plus 50% of total rental cost.
Less than 36-hour prior to check-in, includes no-show: Security deposit plus 100% of total rental cost

LIABILITY WAIVER

Branch & Vine of AZ, LLC shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, loss of personal property, weather-related interruptions, utility interruptions, or destination issues.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A refundable security deposit of $150 is required in addition to the total rental cost. This balance will be refunded pending there are no damages, excessive cleaning, smoking violations, or other missed terms. If any of the above sections were violated, the renter will relinquish the security deposit and any further costs will be billed to the renter for the total cost of repairs.

Reservation of Rights:

We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone for anything.
